Google launched Chrome browserin September 2008 and failed to make a great difference in the browser market. Google took off the beta tag from Chrome in December. Now Google has launched a new beta version of it’s browser Chrome. However, the beta will not repalce the current stable version of Chrome but it is from another parallel release channel and will run side by side with the sable version of Chrome.
“The best thing about this new beta is speed — it’s 25% faster on our V8 benchmark and 35% faster on the Sunspider benchmark than the current stable channel version and almost twice as fast when compared to our original beta version.” writes Some of the new features you can try out include form autofill, a new version of WebKit made possible the full page zoom and autoscroll, and a cool new way to drag tabs out to get a side-by-side view (shown below)
